The company Emergent BioSolutions has announced a bid on Protein Sciences, a company of which Diamyd Medical owns 6,7% of the shares. The 23rd of June 2008 the proposal was supposed to be put up for approval for the shareholders in Protein Sciences. However, the shareholders meeting was postponed due to a variety of reasons, including that notice of the meeting was not adequate.
