Diamyd US Operations

Diamyd Inc., located in Pittsburgh, PA, USA, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Diamyd Medical AB of Stockholm, Sweden. While the parent company is focused on the treatment of type 1 diabetes and LADA with the GAD65-based Diamyd® products, Diamyd Inc. is advancing its Nerve Targeting Drug Delivery System (NTDDS) platform technology. The strategy for the NTDDS platform is to develop drugs for treatment of diabetes complications although the NTDDS technology can also be used to treat several other diseases of the peripheral and central nervous system.
